Search Terms
When you type a name, location, or other search detail into a third-party search tool on this site, that query is sent to the provider operating the tool. Garfield County Inmate Population does not store those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If you send an email or other contact message, we may keep the information you provide long enough to review and answer it. We do not share contact messages outside our organization unless a valid legal requirement calls for disclosure.
